From the utility menu, click the SchooMessenger inbox to access messages you have received.

Search for a message.

Click Filters to filter your messages by Read/Unread, Broadcast type, and more.

Click Refresh to update the page.

Click Preferences to add and manage your contact information and message preferences.

Click Overview to return to the main MyPowerHub Overview page.
Some messages from your school or district may also be sent as text messages (SMS) to your mobile phone.
If SMS messaging is enabled, you can:

Receive messages by text instead of (or in addition to) the app.

Reply directly by text message.
-
Use keywords like STOP or HELP to manage messages.
SMS messages are sent only if you have a verified mobile number and have consented to receive text messages.

Manage messages
Select a message to:

Review the message details.
-
Show the email.
-
Play the Audio Voice recording.
-
Display the SMS message.
-
Mark the message as read or unread.
-
Delete the message.
-
Click Back to return to the list of messages.
Click Select all messages and then click Mark as read.
Manage preferences
Add contact information
Based on the settings at your school or district, you may not be able to add contact information.

Click Preferences.

From My contact information, click Add more.
-
Choose Add a phone or Add an email address.

Complete the form and click Save.

If adding a phone number, choose how to receive a verification code and then click Send me a code.
If adding an email, a verification code is sent automatically to the email address you entered. -
Enter the code and click Submit or Verify.

Optionally, set your message preferences.

Select Call me or Send text for the messages you want to receive.

Click Save.

Delete contact information

Click Preferences.

From My contact information,
-
Click the X for the phone number or email address to delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
Update message preferences

From My message preferences, click a message type, select or clear the messaging options, and then click Save.

From My contact information, click the phone number or email, select or clear the messaging options, and then click Save
