Faster Intervention Bank & optimized search Filters

1. The Intervention Bank loading page has been redesigned for faster speeds, helping you search for plans much quicker. Each plan card now includes an action menu, giving you immediate access to Edit, View linked interventions, Duplicate, Delete, and Deactivate directly from the main view.

2. To make finding plans easier, your most frequently used filters (Status, Type/Subtype, Level, and Schools) are now pinned directly to the main page, with remaining options neatly organized under "More filters." Additionally, the Type and Subtype filters have been merged into a single cascading dropdown to streamline your selection process and speed up filtering.

Quick Score Entry Directly from Graphs

Logging and updating scores are now faster and more intuitive directly from the graph. You can click the new Add score button in the blank space to quickly enter a score for a specific meeting date. Also, by simply hovering over the graph, you can view meeting dates, if a score is already recorded, you can click to edit it; if it is blank, you can instantly add a new score for that date and selected goal. The score value in the input box is based on the Aim line.

Email notifications

Email notifications are now available; a new way to stay informed and never miss a beat.

You’ll receive timely email alerts for all MTSS Interventions in-app notifications. Staff and plan notifications will be delivered to appropriate users in real-time whereas student-related notifications will be delivered after 10 minutes (so we don’t spam you with one email per student!)

You can customize your notification preferences anytime in your settings to ensure you only get the updates that matter most to you.

Email notifications help you stay connected and responsive, even when you're away from the app.

Getting started:
Email notifications are enabled by default. Just check your inbox and adjust preferences as needed. Be sure to whitelist [email].

The In app Notification for MTSS Interventions will be available for all customers. MTSS District Administrators in single district instance and Global Administrators in a multi-district instance will have access to the notifications manager. This access allows users to manage default notifications.

Managing students across multiple districts is now much simpler. If your access spans multiple districts, you can use the new district dropdown menu to easily switch between them, allowing you to seamlessly view and manage your district-specific interventions and plans.

The Overdue Student Plans Dashboard

Displays active plans whose end dates have passed without being completed or closed. These overdue plans indicate potential lapses in follow‑up and may signal that students have not received required services or that progress monitoring has not been finalized.

The Overdue Student Plans Dashboard provides visibility into plans that remain active even though their end dates have passed.

• Counts and percentages of overdue plans by Plan Type, Plan Name, and Location.

Overdue plans by type: Shows the count of overdue student plans grouped by Plan Type.

• Drill to student list: Clicking a bar opens a Student List filtered to that Plan Type and Overdue plans, using the current dashboard filters.

• Tooltip details: Tooltip shows Plan Type, overdue plan count, and % of overdue plans within the current filter context.

Pending Student Plans Dashboard

Displays plans that have been created but not yet activated. These plans typically have a future start date and represent services or interventions that have not begun. This dashboard helps staff identify upcoming work and ensure students receive timely support.

This dashboard displays Counts and percentages of pending plans by Plan Type, Plan Name, and Location.

Enhanced Student Progress Graphs

The graphs in the Student Overview section have been upgraded to give you a clearer picture of student growth. You will now see an Aim line connecting the initial score to the target goal on the intervention's end date, providing a helpful visual guide of expected progress. Additionally, you can now zoom the graph to focus on the current month, current quarter, or the overall timeline, with a simple reset button to easily return to the full view.

Student Plan Updates: Enhanced Bulk Actions & Navigation

The Student Plan experience has been streamlined with clearer navigation, improved bulk actions, and more intuitive plan management. These updates make it easier for staff to quickly access, update, and complete plans.

• Enhanced bulk actions, including a new Bulk Complete option and renamed Properties, enable more efficient updates at scale.

• Hyperlinked Student Plan names and a refreshed actions menu help users find and perform tasks more quickly.

• The system now automatically shows Edit or View options based on user permissions.

• Moved Complete to a dedicated action and removing it from the settings page.

• Renaming Copy to Clone and retaining delete functionality provides clearer, more intuitive control over plan management.

Data grids (custom tables) are now supported in MTSS Student Plans and Continuous Improvement Plans, allowing you to capture and organize information in a structured, table‑based format. This makes it easier to compile, compare, and manage data by combining layout and input components in a single, organized view.

Admin Controls for Types, Subtypes, and Levels

Administrators can now streamline the planning process by customizing which options are available across the district. Using new toggle switches on the Settings page, admins can turn specific Types/Subtypes and Levels on or off. Deactivated options will no longer appear when creating new plans.

Enhanced Student Plans Dashboard Filters with Student Status for Improved Clarity

The Student Plans Overview dashboard now features improved filtering options to address confusion around active plans tied to inactive students. The "Status" filter has been renamed to "Plan Status," and a new "Student Status" filter—consistent with Student Analytics—has been added. These updates allow users to filter dashboard metrics by student activity status, making it easier to reconcile plan counts and clearly identify which students are included in each metric. All relevant metrics in the Plan Overview dashboard now utilize these enhanced filters for greater transparency.

Bug Fix: Complete Visibility of Student Interventions

Resolved an issue where intervention details were hidden on a student's plan if they didn't have any recorded observations for that intervention. Now, you will always have a complete and accurate view of a student's history. Every intervention a student is currently (or was ever) enrolled in will be fully visible.

Student Plan calendar: Update

The Student Plan calendar component no longer accepts manual entry and user must input date using the date picker. Previously, manually typed dates did not persist and appeared blank when returning to the page.

We have resolved an issue where the Email column was not displayed in A&I → Dashboards → Usage → User Usage. The Email column is now visible, allowing you to now see and export user email information directly from the User Usage view.

Progress grades metric for core subjects

At Dashboards → Student Analytics → Academics → Achievement, a new metric “What progress grades are students receiving in core courses?” has been added. It displays progress grades in core course subjects as a stacked horizontal bar chart, filtered by mark type “Progress.”

Previously, only final grades were available. With this update, progress data has been introduced for the first time, complementing the existing final grades view and enabling visibility into in-term student performance.

This enhancement allows customers to track ongoing academic progress more effectively alongside final outcomes, supporting earlier intervention and more targeted action based on in-term insights. The metric also includes standard filters and drill-through options for detailed analysis at both student and school levels.

Enhanced Academics dashboard AP Scheduling Insights with Subgroup Specific Visuals

The “Is AP scheduling proportionate between subgroups?” view in Dashboards, Student Analytics, Academics, AP has been enhanced to provide clearer, more actionable insights.

AP scheduling distribution is now displayed across three separate visuals - by ethnicity, gender, and ELL & SE, enabling more focused analysis. Additionally, the total vertical bar has been removed, and the Y-axis now dynamically adjusts based on available data for improved readability and accuracy.

Updated Sorting Order for Staff and Periods in Classroom Absences Dashboard

In Dashboards, Student Analytics, Attendance, Classroom Absences, within the “What are the absence and tardy counts for classrooms this year?” view, the default sorting has been updated. Staff names and attendance periods will now load in ascending order instead of descending, making it easier to locate and review records efficiently.

Default Filter Update: YoY Set to YTD in Behavior Overview Dashboard

In Dashboards, Student Analytics, Behavior, Behavior Overview, the default filter setting has been updated. The page will now load with the Year-over-Year (YoY) filter set to Year-to-Date (YTD) by default, replacing the previous “Standard” selection. This change ensures users are presented with more relevant and current data upon entry.

Missing Offense Types Now Indicated in “Change in Offenses by Year”

In Dashboards, Student Analytics, Behavior, Behavior Overview, the “What is the change in offenses by year?” visual has been updated to improve data transparency. Records without a valid DISCIPLINE_OFFENSE_TYPE will now be included in the visual and grouped under a “--” label.

This enhancement helps highlight missing source data, enabling users to better identify and address data gaps.

The dashboard metric now show users’ display names in the User Name column, alongside the existing numerical codes in the User ID column at Dashboards, Usage, and User Usage.

Student Plan Analytics dashboards now use the application plan status values Active, Pending, Overdue, and Completed. The Plan Status filter reflects these values and removes the previous Upcoming and invalid fallback statuses.

The Plan Status filtering logic used across Student Plan Analytics dashboards has been updated. Status values (Active, Pending, Overdue, Completed) are now derived from the PLAN_STATUS column in the data warehouse instead of being inferred from plan start and end dates. This ensures that the Plan Status filter in Student Plan Analytics accurately reflects the status displayed in the Student Plans application.

Conditional Hiding of Student GPA Trend Based on Data Availability

On Dashboard > Student Analytics > Student > Student Profile, the Student GPA Trend visual will be hidden under the following conditions:

• At the district level, the visual is automatically hidden if GPA data is unavailable for all students for three or more years.

These updates ensure the dashboard displays only relevant visuals, improving clarity and accuracy for users.

Resolved Issue with Staff Visibility in Classroom Absences

Resolved an issue where Classroom Absences could include staff without valid SIS section assignments. Now, only correctly linked staff are shown, improving the accuracy of absence and tardy counts in Student Analytics > Attendance > Classroom Absences > “What are the absence and tardy counts for classrooms this year?

Enrollment Analytics

Program filter bug is resolved for enrollment dashboard.

The issue with the Program filter has been resolved across Student Analytics → Enrollment → Enrollment Overview (“What grades are being served by programs?”) and Enrollment → Program (“Which students are receiving program services?”).

When a program is selected, students are first filtered by program. The results now correctly display data only for the selected program, instead of showing all programs associated with those filtered students.

Behavior Support

Behavior Support Analytics Dashboard: Fix for Missing Historical Data

Resolved an issue where Behavior support analytics dashboard did not display data for prior school years. Historical behavior data is now visible again. We also improved how behavior definitions align with incidents across years.

Fix for Accurate Offense Time Display in Behavior Overview

An issue has been resolved in Dashboards, Student Analytics, Behavior Overview affecting the “When are offenses occurring?” metric. Offenses will now display under the correct offense time.

This fix was implemented by reviewing log entry flags to identify the appropriate field for offense time and updating the connector code accordingly, ensuring accurate and reliable behavior insights.
