Set a recurring auto-import schedule to automatically sync user, course, and enrollment data from your SFTP server. You can choose how often the import runs and when it queues for processing.
Schoology is optimized to process imports and exports between 7 PM and 6 AM Eastern Time or 11 PM and 10 AM Greenwich Mean Time, Monday through Sunday.
For best performance, perform or schedule manual imports, auto-imports, exports, and bulk deletions during these hours.
Set the frequency and time

Select Tools and choose School Management.

From Schedule Import, choose the frequency and the queue time.
Daylight saving time
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) does not observe daylight saving time. If your local time zone observes daylight saving time, your import may queue one hour earlier or later after the seasonal time change. The configured GMT remains the same

If your organization relies on multiple scheduled processes running in a specific order, such as a SIS export followed by a Schoology import, adjust the schedule when daylight saving time changes to maintain the same processing sequence.
