This feature is in limited availability and not supported on Internet Explorer or Edge.
System administrators can configure an automatic export for usage data captured after August 1, 2019. Auto-exports are sent to an SFTP server.
Before you begin

Only one auto-export can be configured for your organization.

Export data cannot be customized.

Auto-exports run daily at midnight in your organization's time zone.

The auto-export day and time cannot be edited.

After an auto-export is confirmed, it cannot be edited. To make changes, delete the export and create a new one.

Administrators with the Administer School permission can auto-export data only for buildings associated with their account.

To create an auto-export for the entire organization, the organization-level building must be associated with your account.
Set up an auto-export

Select Tools and choose Usage Analytics.

Select Auto Export.

Click Add Auto Export.

Select an SFTP server. If no SFTP is configured:

Click Add New SFTP.

Enter the SFTP configuration details.

Click Save.

Select your SFTP from the list.

Enter the file path for the export destination and select Next.

Enter a name in the Export Name field and select Next.

Review the configuration. After it is confirmed, this export cannot be edited.

Click Create Export.
Auto-exports are sent to the selected SFTP location as a ZIP file. Each file is labeled with a date and timestamp.
Delete an auto-export
To make changes to an auto-export, you must delete the existing report and create a new one.

From Auto Exports, select the three vertical dots for the report.

Choose Delete Export.
