Absence Create no longer triggers incorrect discrepancies |
Previously, when the Absence Create feature was enabled, students whose absences were reported and created in the SIS before the SafeArrival notification were incorrectly included in the Discrepancy section after the attendance import, even though their absences had already been explained.

District administrators can review troubleshooting logs |
Previously, District administrators who needed to investigate SIS integration issues, attendance writeback problems, or absence creation errors had to contact PowerSchool Support and wait for assistance because troubleshooting logs were only available to internal support staff. Now, District administrators can access and review key troubleshooting logs directly within SafeArrival Admin, including SIS API, Writeback, and Absence Create logs. This allows them to investigate and resolve integration issues independently without waiting for support. |

Enhanced multiple-day event date validation |
Previously, when users created a calendar event in the SafeArrival Admin site and selected Multiple Day, they could enter the same start and end date, resulting in a one-day event. Now, when users select Multiple Day, the end date automatically defaults to one day after the start date. For example, if the start date is 1/1/2027, the end date automatically populates as 1/2/2027. If users select the same date for both fields, the following validation message is displayed: "The last day of the event must be after the first day." |
