Parent accounts allow parents and guardians to monitor their students' activity in Schoology, including grades, attendance, course updates, and messages from teachers. As a system administrator, you manage how parent accounts are created, what parents can see and do, and how accounts stay connected to the correct students and schools.
Create parent accounts
ou can create parent accounts using one of the following methods. Choose the method that best fits your district's workflow and data systems.

Configure parent account settings
After creating parent accounts, configure what parents can see and do in Schoology.
