Configure email notification links so that parents are directed to app.schoology.com instead of your organization’s custom subdomain. This setting is necessary when parents log in via app.schoology.com rather than a custom subdomain. Without it, notification links will direct parents to the wrong URL.

Select Tools and choose User Management.

Select Permissions.

From Users and Emails, select Use app.schoology.com in emails for the Parent role.

Select Save permissions. All email notification links for parents will direct to app.schoology.com instead of your custom subdomain.
