Reset parent access codes (system administrators)
If you accidentally provide a student's parent access code to the wrong parent, or if there has been some other error in the distribution of Parent Access Codes, it is important that you reset the codes to prevent unauthorized access to student information. You can reset an individual student's parent access code, or you can reset all the Parent Access Codes in bulk.
If a parent account is already linked to the wrong child, you will first need to remove the association.

Select User Management, and then choose Manage Users.
