Reset parent access codes (system administrators)

If you accidentally provide a student's parent access code to the wrong parent, or if there has been some other error in the distribution of Parent Access Codes, it is important that you reset the codes to prevent unauthorized access to student information. If a parent account is already linked to the wrong child, you will first need to remove the association.

  1. Select Tools from the Schoology header.

  2. Select User Management, and then choose Manage Users.
