If a Parent Access Code has been distributed incorrectly, reset the code to help protect student information. You can reset an individual student's code or all Parent Access Codes in bulk. After resetting the codes, distribute the new codes to parents.
If a parent account is already linked to the wrong child, remove the parent and child association before resetting the access code.
