Use the Print Student Intervention to generate a printable summary of intervention information for one or more students. You can choose which students, goals, notes, and additional data to include in the printout.
Generate a Print Preview

From the intervention dashboard, select Print.

In the Print Student Intervention Details option, choose the students whose intervention information you want to print.

Select the goals to include in the report.

Choose whether to include notes.

Expand Advanced Settings to include additional student and intervention information.

Select Print Preview to review the report before printing.
Select Students
Under Select student to print:

Select the student field.
-
Choose one or more students from the list.
-
Selected students appear as tags below the field.
You can print intervention details for up to 50 students in a single report.
Select Goals
Under Set goals to print:

Select the goal field.
-
Choose one or more goal types to include.
Only the selected goal types are included in the printed report.
Include Notes
Under Include Notes, select the types of notes to include:

Public Notes – Includes notes that are visible to authorized users.

Private Notes – Includes private intervention notes.
Select one or both options as needed.
Advanced Settings
Expand Advanced Settings to include additional information in the report.
Student Information
Select any of the following options:

GPA – Includes the student's grade point average.

Language – Includes language information.
-
SPED – Includes special education information.
-
ELL – Includes English Language Learner information.
Intervention Information
Select:

Session Data – Includes intervention session details and related participation information.
Preview and Print

Review your selected options.
-
Select Print Preview to generate the report.

Review the preview and use your browser's print options to print or save the document.
