Translation Supported Languages
Depending on your account settings, Communicate’s translation feature allows you to translate English email, phone and text messages into over 100 languages. Use this list as a guide to let you know what languages are available for which message types.
Note: In addition to your district’s account settings, translation availability will also depend on which communications platforms (Twilio or Syniverse) and short code your district is using.
Translation Support List
SMS text messaging (a free feature) is not active by default on your SchoolMessenger Communicate account and requires special setup. Ensure you're using the correct short code by checking with Support.

= Partially Supported: SMS supported on Short Codes 64779 and 67587. Not supported on Short Codes 88544, 68453 and 724665.
= Mostly Supported: Language is fully supported but some characters may not render accurately.
