Use the Roles/Advanced tab in Manage Users to update roles, profile pictures, preferred names, schools, and graduation year information.
Profile picture
This picture appears in the profile of the associated user

Click the profile picture to edit it for a specific user.

Click the Attach Files button to add a new picture.

You can attach a .jpg, .gif, or .png file. The maximum file size is 5MB/file.

Click Remove Picture to remove the photo.
You may bulk import user profile pictures.
Title
You can select a title (Mr., Mrs., Dr., for example) from the list.
User
This column displays the user's name.

Clicking an individual user's name takes you to their profile page.

If the user has a Unique ID, it appears in gray with their name.
Preferred name
Add a preferred name and choose how it displays. The preferred name can replace the first name or display alongside it.

From Tools, select User Management.

Select Roles/Advanced.

Enter a value in Preferred Name.

Choose one of the following options:

Replace First Name with Preferred Name

Display both First Name and Preferred Name

Select Save Changes.
To remove a preferred name, delete the existing value and select Save Changes.
Role
Assign a role to a user.
Administrators can also manage roles, including adding, renaming, deleting, and designating roles as Faculty.
School
Review and update the schools associated with a user. This option may not be available in all organizations.
Grad year
Store graduation year information for a user. This field can be included in exports and used for filtering.
Profile
Add, edit, or remove information in a user's profile.
Change roles for multiple users

From Tools, select User Management.

Select Roles/Advanced.

Select the users.
-
Click Select Bulk Action and choose Change roles to.

Select a role from the list.

Select Save Changes.
Change school for multiple users

From Tools, select User Management.
-
Select Roles/Advanced.
-
Select the users.
-
Click Select Bulk Action and choose Change main school to.

Select a school.

Select Save Changes
Import user pictures
Import profile pictures for multiple users.

The file name for each picture must match the user's Unique ID or Username.

Place all pictures in a ZIP file.

ZIP files cannot contain nested folders.

The ZIP file must be 50 MB or smaller.

For properly scaled thumbnails, images should be 35 × 32 pixels.

From Tools, select User Management.

Select Manage Users.

Select the Roles/Advanced tab.

Select Import user pictures.

Upload the ZIP file.

Review the photo-to-user matches.

Select Confirm.
